We use only the best fresh peppers, grilled in our company and peeled to obtain a product of the highest quality and high digestibility, so much so that it is one of Montanini’s greatest successes.

Exquisite to taste alone as a cold appetizer or with the addition of anchovies and garlic.
They are also indicated to accompany meat and fish, to stuff sandwiches, or added to pasta salad.

Montanini peperonata Italian pepper dish

Peperonata

It is a tasty, simple and colorful dish from the peasant tradition. Montanini Peperonata is made with fresh peppers and onions in tomato sauce, ready to be enjoyed hot or cold as a main course, or as a side dish for meat and fish or to stuff sandwiches.

A tip to maximize its flavor? Pour the Peperonata into a non-stick pan, add an egg and heat over low heat, allowing the egg to reach the desired consistency.
